Sales / Business Development Manager

THE ROLE:

The successful candidate will be working closely with the Sales Director, and sales team. Your remit will be to manage, grow and build a network of clients, typically liaising with owners, buyers and distributor sales teams. At Innov8 we pride ourselves on building relationships with all of our clients regardless of the scale of the project, your job role will include time developing relationships with both new and existing clients. An understanding of the architect and design communities may be an advantage. Initially you will be responsible for your own sales with the view of growing a sales team around you in the future. This is a hands on role; you will carry your own target which will be monitored by the sales director.

 

THE PERSON: 

In order to be considered for the role of Business Development Manager you must possess a demonstrable track record of success developing business within the office services/products industry or commercial construction/fit out sectors.

Whilst it would be advantageous to have sold office furniture it is not essential.

 

THE PACKAGE INCULUDES

  • Basic: £28,000 +
  • OTE: Generous Commission Structure
  • Benefits: Company Car, 20 days holiday + statutory days, private healthcare

Location: The position of Dealer Sales Manager is a role based in Northern Ireland and ROI, UK and European travel may also be required.
